Monday I received another box from HauteLook. It was my tarte order. This was my first tarte purchase and I was excited to try them out. I ordered an eye shadow trio and a lip gloss. I've had time to play with both of them and I'm very happy with my purchase.
Amazonian Clay Eye Shadow Trio Palette
These shadows are very neutral in color and are pretty matte. They feel great going on and blend very easily. This palette could be used as an everyday look.
Showstopper Dazzling Lipgloss
This lipgloss is amazing. The color is very light but has incredible shimmer. The formula feels great. It's not sticky. As a matter of a fact, it almost feels waterproof and wears for a long time. The color by itself is a very pinky nude color but it also looks great over any matte lipstick. Here us a swatch over a matte lipstick.
I am loving all my cheap purchases from HauteLook. I did find the shadow trio on sale on the tarte cosmetic website for $16 but I haven't been able to find the lip gloss.
